Refunds & Return Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on UPP Learn (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing any course or digital product from UPP Learn, you agree to this policy.

1. Course Access Commitment

UPP Learn commits to providing access to the purchased course within 72 hours of successful payment, unless otherwise stated on the course sales page.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You will be eligible for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:

  • Course access is not provided within 72 hours from the time of successful payment, and
  • You submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of payment.

If these conditions are met, the refund will be processed as per this policy.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Course access has been successfully provided within 72 hours.
  • Delay is caused due to incorrect email address, wrong account details, or user-side issues.
  • The user fails to check login credentials, spam/junk email folders, or platform notifications.
  • Requests made after 7 days from the payment date.
  • Change of mind, lack of usage, dissatisfaction, or personal reasons once access is granted.

Digital courses are intangible products, and once access is delivered, they are considered consumed.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under eligible conditions:

  1. Email us at support@upplearn.in

  2. Use the subject line: Refund Request – Course Access Not Provided

  3. Include:

  • Registered email address
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Course name
  • Proof of payment (Screenshot or payment slip)

Incomplete or vague requests may be rejected.

5. Refund Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Permanent revocation of course access
  • Blocking of future purchases

We strongly encourage users to contact our support team before raising any payment disputes.

7. Policy Updates

UPP Learn reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
